P.J. Karayiannis Civil Engineers LLC has undertaken the role of the construction manager and performed supervision of the construction activities from 2005 – 2008 in close collaboration with Mace International and Hyder Consulting.
Riffa Views is a magnificent residential development with three unique residential estates. Construction of Riffa Views Infrastructure works involving Bulk Earthworks, construction of 1000 residential plots, 20 km road network, drainage, sewerage, power, water, telecommunication networks, pump stations, electrical sub-stations, gate houses, and boundary walls.
The project forms part of a comprehensive development, involving the construction of several modern amenities that are set to enhance living standards, these include a golf academy, a country club with a tennis facility, a shopping mall, a hotel, an international school and leisure facilities, all surrounded by pleasant walkways and spacious parklands.
The Project was developed by Arcapita Bank and the construction was undertaken by Cybarco Bahrain/TABET JV
