P.J. Karayiannis Civil Engineers LLC provided structural engineering services for the full scale structural repair and renovation of Rialto Theatre and performed supervision of the construction activities from 1995 – 1998.
The project involved Structural Design and Strengthening
of Concrete, Masonry Steel and Timber.
A new theatre stage was designed and the existing theatre
building was renovated.
Each year hundreds of performances organized inside the theatre and outdoors, attract thousands of spectators, establishing Rialto Theatre as one of the most important cultural institutions of the country.
The Project was developed by the Limassol COOP Bank and was the construction was undertaken by Stavros Demosthenous Contactors Ltd.
