Construction of Al Sharq Hotel and Resort luxurious 5 star hotel comprises of 160 super luxury guest rooms covering an area of
75,000 square meters. A maze of courtyards, calming pools, cascading fountains and verdant greenery Luxury villas with Arabic decor, health club and SPA, swimming pools, restaurants, recreation areas and marine structures

The 4-star hotel is set in the tranquil location of Alaminos
Village (Larnaca District), on the south coast of Cyprus.

Aldiana Cyprus has 320 rooms and suites – some located in
the main building, but mainly within two-storey units
covering an area of 50,000 square meters. Facilities include a
wellness centre with gym, aerobics studio and spa, 1 indoor

including 10 clay tennis courts, multipurpose court, archery
range and diving school, an indoor theatre with a capacity of

The museum is a three story building made by marble, onyx, wood, metal and offers unique experiences appealing to all our senses with its
‘bird eye view’. It incorporates seven levels and the paleontological,
geological, archaeological, marine life exhibits are presented in underground showcases, where the visitors are able to walk and view the objects from the top, in modern showcases, exhibits freely placed in the museum whereas other they are hanging from the roof.

TQC Project Managers & Engineers provided project management, technical coordination, design, supervision and contract administration services for the renovation of
200 guest rooms, external works and back of the house areas for the renovation of this adults only, stylish and chic four-star hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa.

TQC Project Managers & Engineers has undertaken the structural design of
the first phase of the project including road networks, bridges, golf maintenance buildings and the club house.

The project involved complicated road alignment designed with the use of digital terrain model, surveying data, Structural designer of Ravine Bridge, a concrete arch Bridge located at inaccessible area. Structural designer for all the major structures – Retaining walls, Underpasses, Box Culverts, Drainage and Sewerage systems.
